Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched Urban Kisses accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package. We have no control over the Australia Post system, and it is super slow at the moment, you would need to contact them directly with your tracking number. Unfortunately we are not able to give any store credits or resend orders under these circumstances.  

Online orders are typically processed and shipped between 3-4 business days, Please email us at urbankisses@optusnet.com.au should you need your order sooner and we will do our best to provide a rush order.  

Australia wide orders are shipped via Parcel Post, at a flat rate of $8.00. Parcel Post can take anywhere from 3-5 days Express post is also available which is highly recommended. International orders are charged at a flat rate of $22.00, this is registered so you will need to sign for it, delivery times stated for international orders through Australia Post is 3-10 business days.

Returns

Each item is described to the best of our ability, however, if the item reaches you and the size you ordered is incorrect, simply contact us at urbankisses@optusnet.com.au within 10 business days to verify your replacement is in stock and then send back the item (at your expense) for a replacement or store credit. If 10 business days have passed since you received your purchase, we can not offer an exchange or store credit. If you wish to replace this item, an additional cost will be charged.

Items returned MUST be unused/unworn with ALL labels still attached. Please note there is no exchange or store credit on sale items.
